Habits are behaviors that are so often repeated that they become routine activities. They become so automatic that we don't even think about doing certain things. Bad habits can have a negative effect on our health and our relationships. Our personal fulfillment and successes are also affected. Some habits are harder to start than others, but it is possible for anybody to decide what habits they want to start (or stop) and then do it.
